Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within a specified period after delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To ensure the safety and quality of our toys, items that show signs of use or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom or personalized products are specially made according to your preferences and therefore are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We encourage customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within a short period after delivery. We may request photos or videos to help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or a custom product has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
